Work closely w/ CEO and leadership team to set and execute AIR’s commercial strategy. ● Provide leadership and be hands-on in developing and executing our customer engagement strategy, bring on early-adopting customers, and validate high-value business models. ● Develop, nurture, and grow valuable relationships with industrial customers and strategic partners, from initial engagement to commitment to commercial relationships. ● Develop channel strategies and define strategic sales & marketing tactics. Create efficient processes for growing and managing a robust pipeline. ● Contribute to the product roadmap by collaborating with customers to identify their needs, clarify the implications and urgency of those problems, and validate the benefit of potential solutions. ● Refine and articulate the value propositions and differentiators for our solutions and products. ● Map complex customer organizations and create a profile for customers that are align with our goals ● Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure coordinated execution of validation programs. ● Build and validate techno-economic models and estimate product value propositions, customer ROI, and revenue generation projections in order to inform strategic and operational decisions. ● Along with the CEO, become a thought leader for robotics inspection solutions. ● Keep the team and stakeholders updated on a quickly-evolving industry landscape.
